All items sold by DnP Designs LLC are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dnpdesignsllc@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

All made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
